PD groups

Hi guy's, because we were knocked off track by the 'snow day' it's not clear whats happening this week. I thought we had come to the end of the self led stuff but Lindsey said the upstairs PD group have planned their session. Any thoughts from downstairs? Chris.

Not sure whether anyone else was planning on taking this approach but for the group assignment I was hoping to email the file between college and home to work on. Only problem is that I can't open the file at home! It may be because the college version of Word is higher and some functions I've used won't translate. Anyway, the message I'm getting is "The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this function. Create an association inf the Folder Options control panel." Can anyone shed any light?

Think I'll just do my journal for now....

I expect your all beavering away at the lovely task sheets. So I was thinking it may be a good idea to blow out any left over acedemic stress at half term and have a little drinkypoos!!

I was thinking Thursday 19th at 7.30 and maybe go for a meal first at Jo Rigs then on to carnage ( thats not a bar or club btw)

Hi Guys, well done for getting yourselves to our blog spot, Im sure it will be well used. Commiserations re Stan, poor bloke just wants some help. Just to remind you that you did similar work on level three in preparation for exam; you know this stuff, it's now about retrieval. Shout if you get stuck, and if it's any consolation my weekend includes 4 books on bereavement!!! Who invented study?

Morning guys, I'm about to tackle Stan the man so wish me luck! I can already feel some transference going on, I'm there with him on his anxiety issues and obviously will need some sort of alcoholic bevarage to get me through this assignment AAAARRRGGGG!!!!!!!

Very impressed at how quickly this has been set up, thanks Chris, Lynsey & IT. Have been reflecting on the session today and thought it was very good, got a tremendous amount from the whole day but in particular found the PD sesssion challenging and of incredible value. Thank you all.
